CCA brings care and compassion to the workplace, where it is needed most, and where it can make a meaningful difference./pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;" /p Responsibilities: ulliThroughout CCA, promote the importance of a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with all assigned employees./liliFollow the CCA Team Member Handbook and other training materials./liliProvide on-call support to assigned employees and owners./liliStrive to build and maintain clear two-way communication and trust throughout CCA and with companies served../liliDisplay and promote a team player attitude with fellow chaplains and managers./liliComply with requests and direction from a senior CCA leaders./li/ul Qualifications: p style="margin: 0px;"strongTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A business degree can reduce this requirement.
