This temporary assignment will provide experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management. Duties will include assisting in employee recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data entry, reporting, and general managerial support./pp/ppbJob Functions:/b/pulliObserve all areas of Human Resources/liliBe introduced to the various software systems used within the department/liliBecome familiar with and support Rolls-Royce and MTU Onsite Energy Human Resources processes/liliBecome familiar and aware of applicable federal and state employment laws/liliMaintain employee personnel files. Assist with recruiting and new hire onboarding/liliAssist with answering employee inquiries regarding, pay, time off, and benefits/liliAudit employee personnel files accuracy/liliAudit employment compliance practices, e.g. mandated postings/liliOther tasks as assigned by Manager/liliPromotes a compliance culture in area of responsibility, and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct./liliPerforms special projects as required/li/ulp/ppbRequired Qualifications:/b/pulliCurrently enrolled in a university curriculum, majoring in Human Resources Management or Business Management/liliKnowledge of basic Human Resources principles/liliProficient in Microsoft Office Suite Good command of the English language, oral and written/liliAbility to organize and manage multiple tasks and to prioritize accordingly/liliMust possess the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism/liliMust be able to maintain a very high level of confidentiality/li/ulp/ppiRolls-Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
