Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest stan/spandards:/span/span/p ul lispanspanPrepare food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, fish items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards/span/span/li lispanspanPrepares all food items according to standard recipes and/or as specified on guest check to ensure consistency of product to the guest. Visually inspects, selects and uses only food items which are ideal for preparation of all menu items./span/span/li lispanspanMaintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times/span/span/li lispanspanManage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner/span/span/li lispanspanChecks and controls the proper storage of product, monitoring age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality.
