Join a team of dedicated and skills workers to bring quality products and services to our community./span/p pbrbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold;"Duties Responsibilities:/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanCoordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanDelegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanTraining, managing and mentoring employees and contractors/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanProviding adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanEmphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanEnforcing safety rules; evaluating the workplace for potential hazards, and working with management to mitigate safety concerns/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanDeveloping and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sites/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanResolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanRegularly reporting project status to supervisors, site engineers and other officials/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol; font-size: 10.0pt;"span·         /span/spanspanOther duties as assigned by management/span/p pspan /span/p pspan style="font-weight: bold;"Skills Requirements:/span/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol;"span·         /span/spanMust know how to fit/form metal using industry tools such as plate rollers, shears, etc./p pspan style="font-family: Symbol;"span·         /span/spanHave a thorough knowledge of the properties of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel when fabricating and welding/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol;"span·         /span/spanMust be able to manage project schedules amid competing priorities/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol;"span·         /span/spanHave knowledge of surface metal preparation for welding and painting/p pspan style="font-family: Symbol;"span·         /span/spanCustomer-service skills to communicate with inspectors and administration to develop a positive working relationship./p pspan style="font-family: Symbol;"span·         /span/spanDecision-making skills for selecting personnel and subcontractors for specific tasks and jobs to meet deadlines and budgets./p pspan style="font-family: Symbol;"span·         /span/spanInitiative for generating their own business opportunities and being proactive in locating new clients.
