This role involves overseeing daily operations, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that team members are held accountable for their tasks./ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities Include:/strong/pulliEnsure safety and quality standards are met consistently./liliVerify that team members are washing hands correctly and adhering to standards./liliComplete food safety checklists regularly./liliCoach team members through conflicts and be a role model./liliHold team members accountable for "Own your zone" tasks./liliConduct zone walks to ensure tasks are being completed./liliReview deployment chart and ensure team members are in the right places./liliExecute back-of-house (BOH) shift change procedures./liliComplete assessments of each zone./liliPlan and assign breaks for team members./liliPost daily goals and use the SWS form./liliEnsure all dishes and back-of-house areas are clean./li/ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:/strong/pulli1+ years supervisory experience preferred in either a food service or retail environment with profit amp; loss accountability, schedule writing, and team member development/liliObtain and maintain ServeSafe Certification within 45 days of employment./liliStrong leadership skills to coach and guide team members./liliAbility to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment./liliHold team members accountable and ensure tasks are completed efficiently./liliKnowledge of safety and quality standards in the food industry./liliAbility to complete food safety checklists and verify adherence to standards./liliStrong organizational skills to execute shift changes and zone assessments./liliAbility to review deployment charts and plan team member breaks effectively./li/ulpbr/ppstrongPhysical Demands:/strong/pulliWithstand temperatures of 0 degrees Fahrenheit or less and 100 degrees Fahrenheit or more./liliMove throughout the restaurant for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours per day)./liliMove 50 lbs. for distances of up to 10 feet./liliBalance and move up to 25 lbs. for distances of up to 50 feet./liliUnderstand and respond to team members’ and guests’ requests in a loud environment./liliStand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls./liliReach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl./liliTalk or hear; taste or smell./liliSpecific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus./li/ulpbr/ppstrongPay Rate: /strong/ppstrong style="color: rgb(31, 30, 44);"Minimum wage varies based on job location and is determine by each locale./strong/pulliColorado – 14.42-17.82/liliDenver – 18.29 – 21.04/li/ulpbr/ppstrongBenefits: /strong/ppspan style="color: rgb(31, 30, 44);"401K Eligible after 1 year of service and 1,000 hours working.
