We are counting on you to be an extension of our brand.nbsp;/ppThe strongBARBACK/strong is a key member of the restaurants bar team, providing support to bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service. This role involves stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness and assisting with the bars overall operation to deliver an exceptional guest experience.nbsp;/ppstrongJob Responsibilities:nbsp;/strong/pp1. Stock and Inventory Management:nbsp;/pulliRestock all bar supplies, including glassware, ice, garnishes and alcohol before and during service/liliMonitor inventory levels and inform management or bartenders of low stock items/liliEnsure the bar is fully equipped at the start of the shift and prepared for the next shift during closing duties/li/ulp2. Cleaning and Maintenance:nbsp;/pulliMaintain cleanliness of the bar area, including countertop sinks and floors/liliWash, dry and polish glassware as needed/liliEmpty trash, clean spills, ensure proper sanitations procedures are followed/li/ulp3. Assisting Bartenders:nbsp;/pulliSupport bartenders by preparing garnishes, filling ice bins, and fetching additional supplies during service/liliAssist in simple drink preparation when directed by bartenders/liliDeliver beverages or food items to table if required/li/ulp4. Customer Service:nbsp;/pulliProvide friendly and attentive service to guest when interacting/liliHelp maintain the bars atmosphere by ensuring a tidy, organized and professional environment/li/ulp5.
