pAs a Cook/Kitchen Staff, you will be prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients. You will cook meals, check ingredients for freshness, and arrange and garnish the meals. You will oversee ensuring the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. /p
pTo be successful in this job, you will need thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation. /p
pustrongHours: This job requires you to work during the evening, weekends, and occasionally on holidays./strong/u/p

pPrepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation. /p/li

pOperate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors. /p/li

pMaintain a thorough understanding of hot and cold food preparation techniques. /p/li

pAdhere to all accepted sanitation standards and health codes to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment. /p/li

pWash dishes and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. /p/li

pUtilize cut gloves when handling knives and other sharp utensils. /p/li

pManage assigned tasks effectively and meet established time schedules. /p/li

pMaintain an immaculate kitchen environment through regular cleaning and adherence to hygiene protocols. /p/li

pMust be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire. /p/li

pPrior experience in food and beverage service and food preparation is preferred. /p/li

pDemonstrated experience with both hot and cold food preparation. /p/li

pSound working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes. /p/li

pIf 18 years old or older: Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors. /p/li

pAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency. /p/li

pPossession of a valid food handler's card as required by county regulations. /p/li
