Scale Operator - Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

Ability to complete inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers and purchases, if applicable./liliAct as a resource for other employees on operational procedures for scale/receiving area./liliUnderstand how to document and submit customer interactions in CRM(Customer Relationship Management System)./liliAssist with inventory control of products offered at the location./liliMaintain inventory of office supplies/liliWorking knowledge of Landus inventory policies/liliPerform operations for incoming/outgoing scale traffic in accordance to established procedures. (weighing, sampling, grading and ticketing)/liliAbility to run grain or agronomy facilities remotely utilizing PLCs/liliEnsure that the work area is kept clean and organized. Update the market board as needed./liliDevelop ongoing general awareness of Landus Cooperative’s products/services and be able to communicate information to customers./liliAdhere to Landus Cooperative’s safety policies and procedures./liliChampion of safety compliance throughout organization/li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongThe ideal candidate will have:/strong/pulliMust have a valid state driver’s license./liliMust be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds./liliOne year of related experience./li/ul
