1st Shift Picking and Packing

Openwork is seeking a passionate picker and packer to join our dynamic team who is willing to cross train in multiple departments to help tackle production goals. This position is located in Union SC. In this team orientated role, you will be responsible for performing material handling and inspection across various departments as well as filling in wherever needed to ensure the company goals are met. In a Pick/Pack job you’ll be responsible for:

- Rotating across departments
- Reading order and product numbers
- Material handling
- Quality checks
- Cycle counting to help with inventory control

What you’ll need:

- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work in different departments and adjust to changing priorities
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Be able to be on your feet for the duration of the shift

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 7am-3:30pm
Pay rate: $17.00, potential raise increase after 60days
