Types of cases: Vascular, Gyn, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Orthospine, General, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts and Valves), Thoracic-Lungs, OB-non high risk, GI, EP, MRI, CT, Cathlab, Bronch Lab, Plastics, healthy day surgery Peds, Podiatry

EMR: Meditech

Care Team Model: 22 CRNA; 8 MD

Shifts: Monday - Friday 6a-3p weekend and call optional

Must have FL license
Must be Board Certified
Board Eligible (BE) providers will not be accepted
Must have clean file and background
