Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift | Manufacturing | Full-Time

Location: Manitowoc, WI
Schedule: 2nd Shift, rotating 223 schedule, 5:45 pm to 6:00 am
Compensation: Competitive pay + full benefits + 401(k) match

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a variety of production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems including PLCs and motors
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvements
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Adhere to all safety standards including lockout/tagout and PPE protocols

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and reading electrical schematics
• Familiarity with heavy industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well in a team

Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in an industrial setting with exposure to a variety of machines and systems. Safety, teamwork, and communication are essential.
