Responsibilities: The Maintenance Manager will perform all maintenance duties at the Genesis corporate campus in Kennett Square, PA.
*Make recommendations for the maintenance and repair of the physical plant, equipment, grounds, life safety code corrections.
*Obtain and/or review estimates for certain repairs and renovations of the physical plant and physical plant's stationary equipment.
*Provide input for both capital and operating budgets.
*Survey to insure preventative maintenance programs are being adhered to and for general maintenance and upkeep of the campus and equipment.
*Perform necessary repairs and/or replacements as directed, when the expertise required is above the capabilities of in-house maintenance staff.
*Monitor progress of work through written reports as necessary.
*Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to be used in the Maintenance Department at the corporate campus.

*High school degree or equivalent.
*Related Technical School degree and/or five years' experience in physical plant repairs, maintenance, and mechanical systems.
*Experience in management and training of maintenance personnel.
