We’re hiring Generator Installation Crew Members to support critical infrastructure projects across the U.S.

Flexible Schedules:

• Rough-In Crew: 10 days on, 4 days off (day shifts; travel on Day 1 and Day 10).
• Tie-In Crew: Monday–Friday, with night shifts on Wednesday and Thursday (travel on Monday and Friday).

What You’ll Do:

• Work on generator installation projects during both rough-in and tie-in phases.
• Prepare jobsites, build forms, lay sub-bases, and pour/finish concrete pads.
• Excavate trenches, install conduit, backfill, and set gear, including generators and switchgear.
• Pull large cables and assist with electrical hookups.
• Operate equipment like telehandlers, skid steers, and mini excavators (if trained).
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
