American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an OB/GYN Clinic role in Richland, WA, requiring Epic proficiency and a background in obstetric emergencies or L&D.
Details\n- \n
- Outpatient OB/GYN clinic setting focused on maternity and gynecological care for women \n
- Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM \n
- No weekends required \n
- No on-call responsibilities \n
- Epic EMR used; experience required \n
- Floating between all facilities within the state of Washington is expected and mandatory \n
- 13-week contract \n

- Active WA or Compact RN license required; pending licensure is acceptable if application has already been submitted \n
- Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN clinic or L&D nursing experience required \n
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required \n
- Strong knowledge of obstetric emergencies, including placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, gestational hypertension, and preeclampsia \n
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting \n
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration \n

- Responsibilities include triaging obstetric concerns over the phone, responding to patient inquiries via Epic and voicemail, and performing general clinic duties related to maternity and gynecological care \n
- Former permanent staff at this health system must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility \n
- Local candidates are accepted for this position \n
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply \n
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of the assignment \n
- Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; please disclose any planned time off upfront \n
