American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift travel contract in Washington State, with acute care and ER experience required and first-time travelers welcome.
Details- Hospital-based CT setting serving primarily emergency department and inpatient floor patients on night shift
- Patient population ranges from newborns to trauma patients
- Minimum of 2 techs on shift at all times during nights
- Performs CT imaging as well as X-ray procedures including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, and upper/lower extremities
- Uses Epic EMR (experience required)
- 4x10 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM
- No on-call required
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT technology
- Acute care and ER experience required; pediatric experience also required
- Current BLS, ARRT (R), and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- Active Washington State license required (pending license accepted)
- Epic EMR experience required
- Proficiency in CT imaging and a broad range of X-ray procedures
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
- License required if applicable
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of the assignment
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront; minimal RTO is strongly preferred
- A candidate's prior work history at any Providence facility (permanent, travel, or per-diem) must be disclosed, including location and dates
