Schedule: 6 shifts per two week pay period. Some weekends required.

Up to $25,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN 

\n The professional Labor and Delivery nurse uses the nursing process to plan, implement, evaluate and document care for the pregnant patient for the laboring patient. The L&D nurse considers the patient's physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, language barriers, age, teaching needs, and readiness to learn when providing care to the pregnant patient. The L&D nurse involves the interdisciplinary team in the plan of care and patient intervention.

Qualifications:

• California RN License
\n
• BLS from American Heart Association
\n
• ACLS from American Heart Association
\n
• Basic Computer Skills
\n

• Skills Competencies

• RN License

• BLS from American Heart Association

• ACLS from American Heart Association
\n
• NRP from American Heart Association within two (2) months of hire.
\n
• Fetal Monitoring AWHONN Basic within one (1) month of hire/transfer

• Fetal Monitoring Intermediate AWHONN, within six (6) months of hire/transfer
