A boutique plaintiffs firm specializing in shareholder derivative litigation is looking for a seasoned litigator to join its Midtown Manhattan office. This is an in-office, partner-track position for a driven attorney eager to make an impact in complex, high-stakes cases involving corporate fiduciary duties and securities law. What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage all phases of shareholder derivative cases in federal and state courts nationwide
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Handle discovery, take and defend depositions, and manage case strategy
• Collaborate directly with firm leadership and clients on case progress and litigation outcomes
• Contribute to a high-performing, collegial legal team with a strong mentorship culture
• Stay current on securities law trends, case developments, and industry news

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of litigation experience with a focus on securities, commercial, or complex litigation
• Strong academic credentials and a stable professional background
• Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills
• Big Law or plaintiffs firm experience preferred
• Demonstrated interest in corporate fiduciary law or financial markets
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
