Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday. First Shift

Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hr
Location: San Jose, CA
Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience as a Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate Job Duties include:

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently

• Assist in managing stock levels and report any discrepancies

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Other duties as assigned

Warehouse Associate Preferred Skills include:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

• Computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

• Forklift certification a plus, but training can be provided

• Math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation

• Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Warehouse Associate Requirements may include:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen 

• Must provide 3 professional references 

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
