Architectural Project Manager – Mixed-Use Residential

We’re actively seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team! If you have a passion for designing and managing high-quality mixed-use and residential developments, we want to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to take the lead on exciting urban infill, multifamily, and mixed-use projects throughout Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural project development from schematic design through construction administration.
Translate design intent into comprehensive, high-quality technical documentation.
Ensure all project documentation aligns with QA/QC and firm-wide Best Practices.
Create compelling 2D/3D design and presentation materials using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout all phases.
Conduct site surveys and premises assessments as needed.
Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Stay current with building codes, construction trends, and architectural technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent professional experience).
5–8 years of architectural project management experience, with a focus on multifamily, urban residential, or mixed-use developments.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering/modeling tools.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to lead internal teams and client meetings confidently.
Willingness to travel regionally for site visits as needed.
