We’re actively seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team! This role offers the opportunity to take the lead on exciting urban infill, multifamily, and mixed-use projects throughout Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural project development from schematic design through construction administration.

• Translate design intent into comprehensive, high-quality technical documentation.

• Ensure all project documentation aligns with QA/QC and firm-wide Best Practices.

• Create compelling 2D/3D design and presentation materials using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout all phases.

• Conduct site surveys and premises assessments as needed.

• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

• Stay current with building codes, construction trends, and architectural technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent professional experience).

• 5–8 years of architectural project management experience, with a focus on multifamily, urban residential, or mixed-use developments.

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering/modeling tools.

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to lead internal teams and client meetings confidently.

• Willingness to travel regionally for site visits as needed.
