Bailey’s Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics company providing final mile delivery, warehousing, and fulfillment services across the Salt Lake City and Denver markets. We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help drive growth, land new business, and manage client relationships within our logistics services division.

Salt Lake City, UT | Full-Time | $100,000 base + commission

What You’ll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across warehousing, final mile delivery, and fulfillment services.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as furniture, appliance, fitness, and medical equipment.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts you bring in — ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with our branch managers and operations teams to align service capabilities with client needs.

• Attend occasional trade shows and meet with local clients face-to-face as needed.

• Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage your pipeline, track activity, and forecast revenue.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, transportation, final mile delivery, or a closely related industry.

• Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale account management.

• Proficiency or familiarity with HubSpot CRM preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

• Located in or willing to commute to Salt Lake City, UT.
