What You’ll Do

Sell & Close: Once licensed, you’ll own the sales process—binding insurance policies that meet customer needs.
Build Your Pipeline: We’ll provide the leads and teach you how to sell.
Cold Call B2B: Reach out to businesses to generate new opportunities.
Cross-Sell & Upsell: Introduce clients to additional services—Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, Pack & Send.
Make It Happen: Outbound calls, inbound inquiries, walk-ins—every interaction is a sales opportunity.
Manage Clients: Track leads and follow-ups using our Agency Management System (AMS).
Fuel Growth: Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns and generate leads.

What We’re Looking For

Sales-First Mentality: You love hitting targets and chasing commission.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with AMS or CRM software is a plus.
Strong Communicator: Charisma, persuasion, and confidence go a long way.
Multitasker: You juggle clients and sales effortlessly.
Bilingual (Preferred): We love candidates who can connect with diverse clients.
Insurance Experience (Preferred): If you’ve got a sales background, we’ll help you get licensed.
