Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries across multiple channels (phone, chat, email)
Resolve issues and answer questions regarding services and procedures
Keep client records up to date in the CRM
Provide follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction
Work collaboratively with the support team
Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Dependable, professional, and courteous
