Chief of Otolaryngology - Build a Regional ENT Program $830k Income + $200k Bonus

Lead the Vision:

• Chief-level role with 30% protected administrative time
• Build and scale a regional ENT service line across multiple sites
• Big Picture: Current staffing = 7 MDs, 2 APPs; Plans to add 7 MDs and 4 APPs
• Teach medical students and residents if desired (academic title included)
• Earning potential $830K+ (based on actual production by peers)
• $200,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year commitment

• 4- or 5-day workweek with 1-2 dedicated OR days (block time guaranteed)
• Full surgical support including robotics and modern OR suites
• Locum supported call ensures it will never fall below 1:4
