Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy License in California
• Relevant degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families
• Commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic services

Location:

• Corona, California (serving multiple school sites)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
• Provide direct physical therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to support student needs
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as required
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care
