Position Details
  • Job Title: School-Based BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Employment Type: W2 Contract
  • School Year: August 13, 2025 June 5, 2026
  • Location: Multiple sites (1-3schools, K-12 range)
  • Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
  • Pay: Competitive & experience-based | Weekly direct deposit
What Youll Do
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral assessments to identify student needs.
  • Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Train and coach teachers, school staff, and families in ABA strategies.
  • Collect, track, and analyze behavior data to inform interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student success.
  • Provide direct student support as needed in both individual and small group settings.
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral expert.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active BCBA certification (nationally recognized)
  • Proven experience working with students on the Autism spectrum or with developmental needs
  • Deep understanding of ABA methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and time-management skills
