ProCare Therapy is partnering with a Redwood City high school to hire a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. Position Details:
- Dates: August 13, 2025 June 5, 2026
- Schedule: MonFri | 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Caseload: High school | 13 sites
- Employment Type: W2 contract
- Compensation: Competitive + Weekly Pay
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
What Youll Do:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop BIPs
- Train staff and families on ABA strategies
- Provide direct services and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with school teams and attend IEP meetings
What Youll Need:
- Masters in Behavior Analysis
- National BCBA Certification
- Experience with K12 students and ABA interventions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
