Production Associate - 3rd shift - Full-time

Production Associates duties include: 

• Perform the operations and processes to weigh, label, and package vials. 
• Perform various steps of visual inspection following specific procedures.
• Set up equipment to label, inspect and package vials of liquid and/or powder product complying with all standard operating procedures.
• Remove reject vials from workstation adhering to standard operating procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Perform required cleaning of the non-sterile filling, packaging areas and equipment and completion of logbooks.
• Perform the prescribed inspection procedures, complete required calculations, and paperwork.
• Obtain materials, perform check-in procedures and associated paperwork.
• Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with preventative maintenance as directed.

Hours:

8PM - 6:30AM - 4 days. Working days could be Sunday - Wednesday, Monday - Thursday or Monday - Friday if mandatory OT. A 15% differential for working on 3rd shift. Training will occur on 1st shift. Typical 1st shift hours are 6AM - 4:30PM with working days including Monday - Thursday or Monday - Friday if mandatory OT. 

Education/Skills: Candidates should have a high school diploma or a general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training. Skills should include strong attention to detail, and a self-starter with a high level of motivation. Training is provided on site.

Job type: Full-time, temp to perm. Possibility of direct hire depending on experience.
