Multi-store automotive repair looking for a regional manager for the Sacramento and Bay Area region. Competitive candidates will have experience leading and developing store managers and their teams to improve customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth and maintain brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and high standards of service.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and develop store managers and their staff, fostering a positive work environment and team culture.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and resolving customer complaints.
• Sales and Financial Performance: Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals.
• Compliance: ensure that all stores comply with operational policies, local laws, and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Work with store managers to ensure optimal stock levels and manage vendor relationships for parts and supplies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Regional or District Manager in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams.
• Excellent understanding of business operations, P&L management, and financial analysis.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paces, customer driven environment.
