Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership – Own estimating from concept to kickoff with accuracy and strategic oversight
Design Team Integration – Facilitate clear coordination with clients, architects, engineers, and subs
Innovation in Practice – Apply VDC/BIM to drive smarter planning and execution
Client & Stakeholder Communication – Build trust and clarity throughout preconstruction
Process Optimization – Identify and implement efficiencies to reduce risk and increase impact

Hard Skills

• Proven estimating experience—ideally in high-end residential or commercial projects
• Proficient in BIM/VDC, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks
• Strong in Excel and estimating software
• Comfortable in client-facing, complex project environments
