LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA and Virginia Beach, VA
STATUS:

HOURLY RATE/SALARY: 20$-25$

SSC: Active Secret Security Clearance (required)

SUMMARY:

Provides clerical support for inbound and outbound logistical operations. Organizes transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.

Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.

Requirements

• The Warehouse Specialist must have 3-year minimum experience in the area of inventory, warehousing, receiving and stowing and a forklift certificate of 6,000 pounds. Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
• The Warehouse Specialist shall have working-knowledge in requisitioning procedures, receipt processing, Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) compliance, warehouse operations, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), storage onload/offload, shipping and transportation procedures.
• Forklift drivers must possess a valid state driver’s license and valid OSHA approved forklift license/certificate. They shall also be knowledgeable in the operation of and be available to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Pallet Jacks, Hand-trucks and like, hand-operated MHE.
• Shall have knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point.
