Job Summary:
Veritex Customer Service Representatives are cross-trained professionals who provide both basic Personal Banker and Teller services, which include maintenance on customer accounts. They are positioned well by our leadership for excellent career growth and intellectual challenge. While assigned to a home Community Bank Center (branch), our CSRs may travel to other CBCs (branches) to fill in as needed. Each CSR will provide prompt and courteous teller and customer sales representative support to the community banking center.
This professional will promote financial products such as credit cards, CDs, IRAs, Treasury Management Services and Credit Options, manage deposit accounts and create positive solutions and experiences for potential and existing customers.
