Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with a focus on delivering effective solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to address customer queries and provide relevant information.

4. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

5. Customer Feedback: Actively gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

6. Escalation Management: Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support or management as needed, ensuring timely resolution.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
• Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma required; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus.
