Element Maryland is an aspanuthorized Test Facility for 4G/Long Term Evolution (LTE), which complimented its service range at the time. /spanAs a member of the operations team, the Compliance Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. /pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"This is a non-exempt position./pp style="margin: 0px;"The salary range for this position is $29 - $53 p/hour. /pp style="margin: 0px;" /pp style="margin: 0px;"iframe src="//www.youtube.com/embed/IaKuzHnhJPQ " width="502" height="281" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"/iframe/p Responsibilities: ulliTest Tool Proficiency: Experience with Test equipment and logging tool like RS, Anritsu, Keysight, QXDM and  Wireshark/lili4G/5G Protocol Knowledge: Familiarity with protocols like RRM, RRC, RLC, MAC, RANAP, S1AP, NAS, and relevant 3GPP standards/liliNetwork Protocols: Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, and other network protocols /liliDebugging and Analysis: Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues /liliTesting Methodologies: Understanding of functional, performance, and security testing /li/ul Skills / Qualifications: ulliA Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Electronics/Communication/Computer Science Engineering is expected/liliCellular Testing: Experience in 4G/5G cellular lab testing,/liliLog Analysis: Ability to analyze cellular logs for troubleshooting and debugging/liliTroubleshooting: Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in Lab/liliData/Voice/VoIP Testing: Experience with testing data, voice calls, and VoIP/liliSpecific Technologies: Familiarity with NR NSA/SA protocols, LTE/IMS protocols, and carrier-defined test plans such as Verizon, T-Mobile /li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"span style="color: #ffffff;"#LI-TF1/span/p Company Overview: p style="margin: 0px;"Element is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
