This position also maintains knowledge of and monitors compliance with all corporate standards and, through leadership and example, encourages the highest-level customer service performance. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager or General Manager. Responsible for various services to include but not limited to cleaning equipment, floors, workstations, using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards; checking ice levels, bib sodas and Co2 containers and replace if necessary; loading and unloading supply trucks; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management./p pstrongRole Responsibilities (Old Heading-Please Review/Update)/strong/p ul liCleans toilets, walls, windows, worktables, refrigerators, meat blocks and other equipment as necessary using appropriate equipment, tools and supplies. /li liRemoves trash and garbage to designated areas./li liSweeps, mops, scrubs, and buffs floors using heavy equipment./li liCleans walls, windows and steam cleans trash cans. /li liLoads and unloads supply trucks. /li liFollows all security and safety procedures established by the Company./li liDemonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner./li liRequires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents./li liFrequently immerse hands in water and water diluted with chemical solutions:/li liKeeps management informed of area activities and any significant problems./li liCompletes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures./li liMonitors compliance with safety guidelines, builds awareness about safety, and reports any safety concerns to management./li liCoordinates with management for on-the-job training of new associates/li /ul pstrongRequirements (Old Heading-Please Review/Update)/strong/p ul liRequires a minimum of 6 months supervisory/lead experience./li liRequires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job function./li liRequires the ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs./li /ul p /p pemThis is not an exhaustive list of all functions that may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
