Promptly answers questions, directs and escorts patients and visitors to desired areas of the hospital.p style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/ppEssential Functionsbr /1. Greet the customer and personally escort him/her to the requested area as needed.br /2. Responsible for escorting patients back to their destination from all internal departments.br /3. Use the computer and EPIC software to access patient room numbers and dismissalsbr /4. Answer information desk phone in a pleasant, professional manner, and meet the customer’s need as requested.br /5. Assist security and registration as needed.br /6.
