The job duties include examining data, putting data points into a database, and using statistical software to create a data model, such as regression analysis./p h2What Makes Nextech Different?/h2 p /p ul liExcellent Health Insurance options including a FREE employee only option/li liDental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Disability and Supplemental Life Insurance options/li liFREE life insurance equal to your annualized pay rate/li li401k with a 50% match up to the first 6% of your contributions/li li7 paid Holidays/li li2 paid Personal days/li li10 paid Vacation days/li /ul h2Min Compensation/h2USD $18.00/Hr. h2Max Compensation/h2USD $21.00/Hr. h2Responsibilities/h2 p /p ul liAccurately processes customer information and ensures completion within time deadlines /li liFacilitates system updates as customer or default changes occur /li liReviews prepared data to ensure it is accurate and complies with company procedures /li liInterfaces and coordinates with operations, customer services and account management /li liEscalates any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Management Manager /li liGenerates maintenance work orders from Sales contracts /li liOther related duties as assigned  /li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 p /p ul liAbility to input a large volume of data into the system accurately, meticulous attention to detail and ensures that everything is input in a timely manner /li liEffective communication skills /li liSufficient relevant experience working with data entry and customer data management. /li liIT literate with knowledge of using all Windows (word/excel/ outlook) /li liMust demonstrate good customer service behaviors /li liAbility to work and communicate confidently within a diverse environment and with all levels of the organization /li liAbility to type at least 55+ WPM  /li /ul p /p h2What We’re Looking For/h2 ul liHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred  /li li1 – 2 years of related experience required  /li liPrevious experience in HVAC Industry or other service business preferred /li /ul h2Physical Requirements/h2 ul liContinuously able to work in office environment/li liContinuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery,such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printer/li liContinuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hours/li liAble to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the day/li liOccasionally able to lift to 15 lbs./li liContinuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking/li liOccasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling,pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching/li /ul
