We're on the lookout for passionate individuals that will elevate our vibrant culture and join us in delivering unparalleled service to our valued team members, residents, investors, and partners. /ppThe position pays $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for commissions and bonuses./ppThe schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm./ppstrongJob Description:/strong /pulliSuccessfully train and manage the leasing team /liliLead leasing team in sales efforts /liliDirect leasing team in external marketing and advertising efforts /liliDevelop and successfully execute marketing plans /liliProvide exceptional customer service to the community members and future community members /liliAssist in completing market surveys as needed /liliShow, lease, and move in prospective community members /liliUpdate unit availability daily /liliProcess rental applications /liliProcess maintenance requests /liliReceive collections in accordance with Trinity’s standards /liliClerical and phone support /liliMaintain all community members’ files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentation /liliInspected all apartment homes to ensure all are move-in ready to Trinity’s standards prior to move-in /liliDemonstrate ability to resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues and matters to Supervisor /liliConduct community members’ move-out unit walks as needed /liliAdditional tasks or duties assigned by Supervisor /li/ulpstrongEssential Functions:/strong /ppSkills include an excellent ability to address the needs of community members, prospects, and vendors.
