Perform minor set ups and troubleshoot equipment issues. This position reports directly to the Department Manager and is supported by the department’s Team Lead(s). bThis position works Monday through Thursday 3:00pm – 1:30am with overtime as needed. /bThis shift is eligible for a $1.00 shift differential./pp/ppbWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING /b/ppUsing blueprints to do visual product inspections to verify conformance to print specifications and tracking conformance using the Screw MFG Inspection sheet and SPC program. (40%)/pp/ppChanging tools and adjusting machine back to proper specification. (30%)/pp/ppPerforming housekeeping/daily machine maintenance and troubleshooting manufacturing issues. (20%)/pp/ppDriving a forklift to retrieve raw material or deliver finished product to outbound staging area.
