At Landus, you’ll find a fun team atmosphere and a stable career./ppbr//ppstrongWhat would you do?/strong/pulliGreet all customers promptly and courteously/liliMaintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, grain origination and marketing with existing customers and grow business with new customers, as applicable./liliAssist in all aspects of the elevator operations, if applicable to location./liliReceiving and unloading grain operations./liliGrain drying operations./liliMeasuring grain inventory on a weekly/monthly basis./liliGrain train loading operations including cleaning and sealing cars./liliKeeping facility clean, safe and housekeeping records current./liliMaintain grain condition by testing temperatures and blending./liliAssist in all aspects of the fertilizer and chemical operations, if applicable to location./liliMeasure inventory and report it to the supervisor./liliAssist in unloading bulk and packaged product./liliProvide customer service by and loading chemical product orders./liliMaintain and repair equipment as needed./liliPumping bulk chemicals into customer tanks./liliTender to applicators./liliFill NH3 nurse tanks during season./liliUnderstand basic agronomy chemistry of all products./li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongThe ideal candidate will have:/strong/pulliMust have a valid driver’s license./liliMust be able to move/lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds./liliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)/liliUnderstand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment./li/ulpstrongOther skills that will help you succeed:/strong/pulliBe able to obtain a Class A CDL with air brake, tanker, and HazMat endorsements./liliParticipate in company DOT drug and alcohol program and maintain current DOT physical./li/ulpstrongAre you ready to join the Landus Team?
