This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. /p p /p pstrongThe seasonal window starts May 1, 2025 and ends October 31, 2025 and cannot exceed 180 days. /strong/p p /p pThe pay for this position starts at $19 / hour and is located at The Manchester Airport- 1 Airport RD Manchester, NH 03103./p p /p pSchedules Available/p ul liSunday- Thursday: 3:00pm-12:00am/li liWednesday- Sunday:3:00pm-12:00am/li /ul h2Responsibilities/h2 pWe are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:/p ul liMeet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner/li liProvide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services/li liUse Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment/li liOffer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information/li liAnswer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors/li liPlace outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned/li liAssist to assess condition of rental upon return/li liNotify Management of any known customer problems/li liNotify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance/li liContinuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training/li liPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned/li /ul pemEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/em/p p /p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liMust be at least 18 years of age/li liMust have a High School Diploma or GED/li liMust currently have a valid US driver's license/li liMust have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years/li liNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years/li liMust have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience/li liMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future/li liThis a seasonal position and you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season and must experience a 13 consecutive week break in service before being re-hired /li /ul
