Daily responsibilities may include: /span/pullispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"Assisting with front and back of house operations, understanding the basic functionality and organization processes in the shop, customer service, and operations departments. This may include acting as the store greeter, supporting sales floor activities, and upholding all merchandising standards in conjunction with partners in store. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"Participation in and proper usage of all customer services offered in store, including financing, layaway, and jewelry clean and checks. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"Assisting with maintaining accurate inventory of all merchandise and ensuring merchandise security. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"Participating in and exemplifying our company culture. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"Cashiering, and making sure merchandise is presentable when a guest is leaving. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"Communicating with customers face to face, as well as virtually and via phone and email. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"Partnering with Bench Jewelers to assist with customer repairs and warranty work /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"Initiating and ensuring all gold buy transactions and processes are followed and maintained in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. /span/li/ulp style="margin-bottom: .0001pt;"span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica;"No jewelry experience? In addition, we care about your personal experience as an employee and providing you with career development opportunities.   /span/p Qualifications: ullispan style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;"A minimum of 1 year of experience providing a high level of customer service in a face-to-face environment is preferred (a minimum of 2 years of customer service in a face-to-face environment is required, with 6 months or more in a leadership emor/em advanced customer service role preferred for Senior CSA). Prior experience with jewelry is neither relevant nor required… we will teach you!  /span/lilispan style="font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10pt;"We are available to our customers when they need us so evening and weekend availability is a must.
