Do you enjoy working at multiple facilities across a large area? Do you have flexibility to travel to different areas weekly? This is the position for you!/pulliInspect multiple facilities following a comprehensive facility maintenance assessments; perform preventative maintenance repairs/liliComplete maintenance work orders; perform minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing services/liliCollaborate with general managers to review and resolve open maintenance issues/liliMaintain communication with dispatch; report steps taken for work order resolution/liliRespond to corporate project requests and surveys; resolve issues and report findings to supervisors/liliCommunicate with multiple teams and management on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure compliance and consistency regarding maintenance projects/liliAdvise managers of maintenance concerns and ensure creation of work order requests/liliUtilize various computer systems to track and report maintenance requests/liliParticipate in company sponsored safety training classes/liliMaintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment within the technician’s area of responsibility/liliModel behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level/liliEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulliHigh school diploma or equivalent certificate required/liliValid state driver’s license required/liliMinimum five years’ preventive maintenance experience required/liliTrade or vocational school preferred/liliPrior experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems/liliBasic understanding of construction practices/liliIntermediate mathematical skills/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to collaborate and work both on a team or independently with minimal supervision/liliStrong attention to detail/liliClimb ladders/liliLift up to 50 pounds/liliWork with electric and fuel systems/liliExposure to inclement weather/liliAbility to bend, stoop, twist, crawl/lilistrongTravel required up to 85%; varies by region/strong/li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongulliWeekly pay/liliMedical, dental, vision, life/lili401K match/liliTuition Assistance/liliAdoption Assistance/liliPTO/liliFuel Discount/li/ul
