Prefer experience with Burcham Hills and/or in a healthcare setting. Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend written and oral instructions in English. Ability to continuously greet all guests in a professional, friendly manner, acknowledging them expediently. Ability and willingness to address concerns of safety and security appropriately and efficiently. Ability to work with multiple demands and various demographics. Ability to answer all incoming calls and transfer calls appropriately.
