Medical Technologist - Full-time

CVRMC provides laboratory services to local physician practices and processes over 160,000 inpatient and outpatient procedures a year in a fully automated lab including Meditech LIS. Must be able to perform all clinical test in departments of the Laboratory to include Hematology, Coagulation, Serology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, Clinical amp; Special Chemistry. Certain tests in Microbiology and specimen procurement. Performs a wide variety of routine and special laboratory procedures for use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases./span/p pspan style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Qualifications:/spanbr /span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"An Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred /spanbr /span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Must be ASCP or equivalent /spanbr /span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"3 years experience in a hospital setting preferred/spanbr /span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Generalist experience, including Blood Banking, Microbiology and Phlebotomy preferred/spanbr /span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"Must be able to work independently/span/p pspan style="font-size: 10pt;"strong4x10's, Available for Call on nights/weekends, 30 minute response time/strong/span/p
