These responsibilities will increase based on exposure to tasks, ability to develop troubleshooting skill set, and consistent and accurate completion of assignments. em /emThe Building Automation Systems (BAS) you will be installing and servicing includes but is not limited to Daikin branded controls or third-party controls system.  /spanemspanCome be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our/span/em emspanevery endeavor!/span/emspan /span/p p /p pstrongspanLocation:/span/strongspanPensacola FL/spanspan - Onsite/spanspan /span/p pstrongspan /span/strong/p pstrongspanWhat you will do:/span/strongspan /span/p ul lispanProvide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships/span/li lispanIdentify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems/span/li lispanPerform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers/span/li lispanMaintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming/span/li lispanProvide controls technical support to HVAC technicians/span/li lispanCreate and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects/span/li lispanCommission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications/span/li lispanRecord and report billing, inventory, timecards, technician tip reports, and other articles as required and in a timely manner/span/li lispanInteract and train customers by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call and explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences/span/li lispanParticipate in available training through regional technician trainers, off-site learning modules, and Daikin Learning.
