This requires us to have a team of on-call Youth Specialists who can cover for vacations or sick time off. /span/span/p p style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;"span style="font-size:12px;"span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Youth Specialists assist in facilitating the day-to-day services offered in both the Day Services Program and the Transitional Living Program. Support for Day Program and Housing Program services can include assisting with youth skill-building activities including healthy recreation and art activities, food preparation, and helping ensure safe and respectful program spaces. Youth Specialists are also responsible for utilizing a harm reduction and trauma-informed approach and responding to crises. Engage youth in Outside In program offerings./span/span/li lispan style="font-size:12px;"span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Be available on site to residents in Transitional Housing Program and/or Day Program during shifts. /span/span/li lispan style="font-size:12px;"span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Provide individualized support to youth. Meet with youth as needed to monitor plans to accomplish goals and meet program expectations. Respond to youth crises as needed./span/span/li lispan style="font-size:12px;"span style="font-family:Georgia, serif;"Assure material and operational support of the Day and Housing Programs.
