We offer the chance to make a difference in a fun, flexible environment, where our mission and values drive every decision we make./strongnbsp;/ppbr//ppstrongPOSITION DESCRIPTION:/strong/ppThis position is responsible for serving members and guests, maintaining member service control, answering the telephone, answering member questions and performing various clerical duties. nbsp;With this position we are seeking to fill weekend shifts, 7am to 5pm.nbsp;/ppbr//ppstrongDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/pulliProvide member services such as membership sales, tours, answer and direct phone calls, guest registration, provide program information and registration, input membership and program information into computer, accept payment/cash register/receipts, schedule appointments, make and scan membership cards, rent lockers, stock and distribute towels./liliServe as liaison between members and program supervisors./liliHandle and solve member inquiries, concerns and complaints./liliMonitor facility as required./liliCarry out other duties as assigned./liliAccept and demonstrate the positive character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility./liliAttend Scheduled Staff Meeting./liliStay off all personal electronic items; cell phones, i pads,/liliDevelop meaningful and sustainable relationships with members, donors and volunteers./li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:/strong/pulliMust be certified in PR/CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid. (Training provided by the Y, if needed)/liliMust be 18 years of age or older./liliHave strong verbal interpersonal and communication skills, experience in a service-oriented environment, computer skills and accuracy./liliMust be able to lift 30 pounds./li/ul
