Part Time Membership Consultant

Apply today and join our team!/p p /p pstrongFREE membership/strong to the Skaneateles Community Center with hourly pay plus commission!/p p /p pstronguResponsibilities:/u/strong/p ul liAvailabilty to work nights and weekends, 15-20 hours a week./li liProvide facility tours to prospective members/sales presentations./li liHandle telephone solicitation, prospecting, and other follow-up./li liGenerate membership prospects. /li liComplete paperwork for new members./li liHandle membership additions/deletions./li liExecute member retention program./li liAssist with the development of promotional materials to generate prospects, member introductory packet./li liSchedule facility usage for rentals and secure adequate staff./li liKeep reception desk fully appraised of any issues/li liAttend all scheduled training and meetings as required./li liAttends meetings with supervisor/li liEnsure the desk and surrounding area is safe, clean and orderly./li liIs timely and punctual when reporting to work.   /li liTactfully able to communicate and enforce rules with participants./li liOther duties as assigned./li /ul p /p pstronguQualifications:/u/strong/p ul liHigh School diploma or GED/li liSales experience in a service-oriented industry/li liEffective leadership, promotional and management skills with a strong work ethic/li liPossess effective verbal/written communication and expression /li liGood listening skills with the ability to show empathy/li liAdaptable and flexible under stressful and/or unusual situations/li liMust exhibit organizational and time management skills/li liAbility to work independently/li liExcellent customer service skills/li liEnergetic, enthusiastic and motivated/li liProfessional manner, discretion, and appearance/li liAble to show initiative and make decisions/li liPositive and enthusiastic attitude towards job and facility./li liConsistently exhibit team spirit promoting a productive environment./li liAbility to meet deadlines/li liAbility to stand for long periods/li liThis position requires the ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, and talk/li liAbility to lift 25 lbs/li liNormal work hours: nights, weekends, and holidays/li /ul p /p p /p pArch Amenities Group is an equal employment opportunity employer that is committed to having a diverse work force./p p /p p /p p /p
