Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner./pp/ppbHere#39;s what you’ll do: /b/pullipCut and weigh steaks, chops, etc. for individual servings./p/lilipProduce #39;value-added#39; products per established guidelines./p/lilipCut, trim, and bone carcass sections or prime cuts to reduce to cooking cuts. ​​/p/lilipFollow established recipes to grind and tray meats and make sausage and other products./p/lilipPrice, date, wrap and/or bag meat products per established guidelines using department scales./p/lilipProperly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays./p/lilipNotify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered./p/lilipReceives, unloads, and stocks merchandise./p/lilipHave familiarity with all products carried in the department; know differences in price, taste, preparation, use etc. /p/lilipPractice suggestive selling techniques with customers./p/lilipMaintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department./p/lilipFollow all PPE and Safety Guidelines/p/lilipFollow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations/p/lilipFollow Guest Experience Guidelines/p/lilipMay be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need/p/lilipAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed/p/li/ulp/ppbHere#39;s what you’ll need: /b/pullipHigh school diploma or GED/p/lilipOne (1) year retail or other related experience preferred.  Prior experience in a Meat Cutter, Apprentice role strongly preferred./p/lilipAbility to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents /p/lilipBasic mathematical skills /p/lilipDetail Oriented/p/li/ulp/ppbPhysical Requirements:/b/ppThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
