Collision/Body Technician - (Hourly)

pCamping World is seeking a Collision/Body Technician (Hourly) to join our growing team. A successful Collision/Body Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, background in body/paint repair and well-versed in all paint and body repair equipment./pp/ppbWhat You’ll Do:/b/pulliProvide and document complete diagnostics for repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures.  Determine best product for repair./liliCustomize and repair RV in accordance with work orders.  Execute work orders./liliPerform body and paint repair/liliTrack all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements/liliKeep supervisor appraised of work progress/liliEnsure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee/liliMaintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers/liliFollows Safety and Hazardous Waste procedures as outlined/liliPerforms other miscellaneous duties as assigned and performs duties at company established performance levels./li/ulp/ppbWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:/b/pulliCertification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience/liliMinimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred/liliRVIA certification helpful but not required/liliValid driver#39;s license/liliMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/liliProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending/liliPotential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment/liliEnvironmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness/li/ulp/ppbGeneral Compensation Disclosure/b/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
